If you are looking for a home builder, look no further. Monarch is the best bang for the buck. In the price range where Monarch Homes are typically sold, there is no competition. Luis (the owner) and Mike Flores (sales team leader) offered nothing help, empathy, patience and professionalism. They were kind, helpful, informative, and committed to actually helping me rather than just selling me. Combined with the effors of my realtor (Levi Nolasco) I found the perfect match and got a beautiful home for an outstanding price. I highly recommen Monarch. Simply the best.
