Monaghan Mechanical Inc

Absolutely avoid this company if you value professionalism, reliability, or even basic competence. It’s run like a dysfunctional family business—because it is. One of the so-called “leads” can barely give clear instructions, constantly slurs his words, and smells like he came straight from a bar. And instead of addressing serious issues, the owners protect each other and sweep everything under the rug. They cut corners, cheap out on materials, and act like doing the bare minimum is some kind of favor. Zero accountability. Zero standards. There are far better HVAC companies out there—don’t waste your time or money here.

I had persistent heating issues that at least one other local HVAC company failed to resolve (though they tried hard to - kudos for their efforts). Monaghan (Ed) came in and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes and remedied the situation. I now have a system that is blowing consistent heat for the first time in a couple years. Scheduling was easy, Ed was punctual and the price I paid was fair and reasonable.

Ed, was amazing. Ed was very patient and helped me out with our HVAC system. He also went the extra mile to help hook up our outside Natural Gas Line to our generator
