So let me just tell you. After a bad experience with Farmers Insurance denying my claim from an accident that happened and flooded my basement. I needed an expert opinion on the situation. I called a few different companies who offered to get back to me next week. Troy on the other hand answered my call personally. He agreed to come do an inspection after I got off work the next day. Troy gave me some preventative maintenance things I could do in the future and had a vast knowledge of disaster, flooding, and cleaning it up.
