We were actually looking for the RC CAR place. We came in here and were immediately greeted and offered service. We bought old GoPro 3 batteries from the nice lady. They had to order for us because the camera is soooooo old. They said it would be delivered to the store in 2 days. I will update the review when the equipment comes in and we pick up. It appears to be a very professional business and very well run and staffed. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I’ve had several experiences shopping at Mojo and while all were good, today's was great.
I had purchased an item that just didn't turn out to be what I wanted, partly due to the manufacturer not being 100% transparent on what the product did. Spoke with Erick, he had me come in, we sat down and talked it through, got what I needed, made the return/exchange, and even spec'd out a new camera.
It’s experiences like this that Amazon just can't deliver. I will make it a point to try and buy as much gear from here vs. big box online sellers.

They canceled my order without saying anything, aside from sending an email that says: "Your order has been canceled
Order #1596 was canceled at your request and your payment has not yet been refunded".
I didn't cancel the order, it seems they don't want to honor their Black Friday pricing. Not only that but they didn't process the refund. Not sure if they're going to try keeping the money I already paid but that's not going to happen. I always keep screenshots of companies that seem shady or iffy, so I can easily dispute the charge.

If you're thinking of placing an order online, I definitely wouldn't. You probably won't get your item. They may try stealing your money. Zero communication. Given it's Thanksgiving today but someone is obviously working if they just cancel an order and state it was requested by me, which it definitely was not.
Best to stick with the bigger retailers that don't play games. Hope everyone has a happy holiday season! ♥️
