Moes was great to work with. Very professional and efficient. They came on time. The mechanic was excellent. He fixed my washing machine. Very respectful of my home. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them!
Update 8/23/2025: This took awhile, but I can say that Moe did everything in his power to get our fridge cold and working again. This wasn’t an easy diagnosis and he had to make multiple trips to get it right. Ultimately, we needed a new compressor. Throughout it all, even with my prior review, Moe and his team remained professional. Thanks Moe! Had an issue with my fridge under warranty. Service tech came out 7/18/25 diagnosed that we needed a new fan motor and that would solve the issue. He didn’t have the motor for my fridge in the van even though I texted the company my fridge model earlier in the week. They had to order the part and t... I texted Monday that we were having additional issues since the visit and was again reassured that the fan motor was the issue. This Friday we ended up being the technician’s last call of the day. The company didn’t order the correct part and it appeared to be pieced together. He assured us that everything was fixed. Today the fridge temperature is still upper 40’s to low 50’s, it’s set at 35. The ice maker is dripping and not making ice and the ice cream in the freezer was melty and soft, freezer is set at -3. This is more than 24 hours post visit and 2 weeks since the issue was reported.

Derek showed up 1/2hr early which was great. Had a new icemaker under his arm, In-N-Out in less than 15 minutes all done. Excellent work. Highly recommend. Product was still under warranty, so no price paid
Patrick’s was our technician.. Patrick’s work was impeccable. He installed the part he had and then cleaned up after himself. He also helped clean off the refrigerator that had to be duct tape until he could repair it. He took all the glue off and make sure it shined !!! Things had to be moved and he did that for me and he also put things back the way they were. it was very pleasant and kind. And he was very sweet to our Animals, Seeing that they’re all Around. . The part that was amazing is, I didn’t have to wait for weeks and weeks and weeks until the part came in. It was just a matter of days. Very grateful to have Patrick as The repair...
