Riley was fantastic. He provided honest information on the condition of my roof and how to continue to maintain and manage. He also was able to do some maintenance on site with no wait. He carries supplies with him.
Worked with Modern Roof to replace mine. Riley helped me with the required code and requirements to make sure the insurance company covered the right items and right areas. I did pay for the rest and got whole roof replaced. The quote was very competitive and saved a fair amount from the other quote I had. The crew that came out went right to work bright and early and set a daily goal. They worked very hard right till dark. Next day same thing and finished the job. Their prep work, install work and clean up were impeccable and the new roof looks beautiful! Very impressed and very happy with the job, materials and the turnaround time f... Had a ceiling leak in our dining room that happened right after the winter storm. Reached out to modern roof who had installed a new roof for us in 2022. I was put in touch with ALEX M., who listened attentively and with concern for our problem. I sent him pictures so he could diagnose the issue. He promptly got things moving and had men sent out to inspect and triage the roof. His communication throughout the process was outstanding! Alex is an excellent customer focused consultant representing the company. I also GREATLY appreciated the two men (ARTURO and his co-worker) who came out in freezing temps to inspect and do the initial work on...
