I needed a chimney cap made. The service is prompt. The cost was as quoted and very reasonable. Customer service is excellent. I would recommend this establishment to anyone needing metal work.

Cannot speak to actual service but was quoted $600 for a simple part change under warranty. This would be for labor alone. When asked why so much for a job that should take 1 man less than an hour, I was informed they have a 4 hour minimum fee. This was after already paying a $70 diagnostic fee just to get in the game. Sorry but this is not an acceptable business practice in the service industry, and rather dishonest. I wish them the best. Edit: In response to you, Sir, thank you for the specific details. I have used Modern Heating and Cooling for years. Very professional they never over charge And do a excellent job. I highly recommend them.

Best AC/ HTG in Gadsde. My husband (Steve) and I have used them for years. I am a senior and they have always treated me with dignity and respect and timeliness. Have known the family for years and we depend on their expert service. Sherry the person that makes the appointments is an excellent and caring person and I thank her for taking care of me yesterday.
