They do a fantastic job, their prices are better than MT tile & Stone. We went with rough edge and they did it by hand and it looks fantastic! We also changed our mind on the color and slabs like 30 days before install and they were great to work with about that they sent us to local warehouse to choose another color and there was lots instock to choose from in same price range. We really appreciate their hard work and professionalism
Very friendly and professional staff from ordering to installation. They installed quartz counters (I chose from their large in-stock choices) for our kitchen and 2 bathrooms. They were in close contact with me after I ordered to keep me in the loop and have me approve the drawings. They came to my home to measure with computerized precision. I called them several times after approving the first drawing, when I was concerned about tight spaces around my refrigerator and range, as well as the edges and corners. They made adjustments before cutting and I was absolutely thrilled with the final fit and look. For example, we have larger rounded co... We have to give Modern a 5 star review because they deserve it. The revitalized our kitchen, installing a granite countertop and subway tile backsplash. It was amazing how easy it was, the installation was right on point! Everyone we dealt with was awesome; we will defiantly be using them again on other projects.
