EXCEPTIONAL, FAST, & HONEST SERVICE! Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely desire to help their customers. From the office staff (Candace) to the repairman (Doug), the Starkville team has been wonderful. I lost heat the day of the first freeze in December. I made a call at 7am and I had a new HVAC motor installed by noon. Very thankful to Mark Welch and the Modern Air team.
The Modern Air staff were completely professional. They kept me in the loop during the entire process of replacing my sewer line. They were so careful digging around roots of a HUGE pine tree. I fully recommend them with absolutely NO reservations. Glad to call them my new service provider.
Exceptional service Arrived on site Resolved several electrical issues on a 5 year old unit. System works great now. Called and scheduled a tune up for next week i am so impressed
