For my Louis Vuitton, they flawlessly replaced a broken zipper—smooth, sturdy, and as if it were always there. For my Gucci, they fabricated an entirely new strap to replace the cracked original. The color match is phenomenal—you honestly wouldn’t know it isn’t the original strap. Both bags were not only repaired but also beautifully conditioned and refurbished; they look better than I ever imagined possible.

Model Shoe Renew was able to resole and add a new instep to the shoes in one day. It wasn't cheap, but the price was fair, the craftsmanship excellent, and the folks friendly .They look like totally new shoes!
