My 1980 Sub-Zero side-by-side refrigerator and freezer suddenly began to not cool efficiently. Within a couple of hours of calling, Mockingbird Appliance Repair was at my house and diagnosed the problem and needed replacement parts. In the meantime he was able to oil and make adjustments so that it cooled adequately until the parts arrived and he could install. He contacted me a couple of times to ask how the cooling was working. Everything is perfect now, and I am very pleased with Mockingbird Appliance Repair. I will definitely use this company again if the need arises.

From the initial call to the actual fix, they were incredibly professional. The technician was respectful of my kitchen and took the time to explain exactly what went wrong with my Sub-Zero.
