EDIT: The new phone screen began to literally slide out of my case and peel out from the phone. There's been no new damage to the phone. I've dropped it (with its protective case on) a couple times, but that's clearly not the cause. The problem appears to be the adhesive they used. It's somehow still half-working, but I'd rather just buy a new phone at this point than risk another bad repair. I'm still giving 2 stars because I don't know exactly what went wrong or if it's MobileX's fault entirely, but I do know that their repair didn't actually hold up. Clearly, I paid far too much for it. Photo attached shows the touchscreen detaching from t... EDIT: The new phone screen began to literally slide out of my case and peel out from the phone. The online hours aren't exactly accurate (they seem to close up to an hour earlier than what it says on here) and the prices are high. I paid $230 to get a Google Pixel 7 screen fixed, and online it looks like replacement screens cost about $100. That being said, they fixed my phone as soon as he was able to order a replacement screen, and the guy was quite friendly and helpful. Overall, a fine experience and I'd do it again—just wish they'd update their hours!
Well this is my second phone from them my first one was iPhone 11 that had no problems I just got this iPhone 14 and I have to restart it because it keeps freezing for whatever reason and I’m not paying for a use phone that’s been cracked in not working as should when I gave them my money they don’t check for issues when they sell you the use phone which they should before people spend money they don’t really have they need to really step it up or they will be out of business
Been fixing my broken phone screen here for a couple years now, always super helpful and super quick. One time the screen went faulty a few days later, they replaced it at no cost, and cleaned my phone for me! I'm a very loyal customer, planning to go back soon to fix some white lines/pixelation before it becomes a real issue. Can't recommend these guys enough for their quick fixes/hardware issues.
Been livin' in Columbia Heights for over 5 years and SOMEHOW had never been here. Yaovi is the fricken' MAN & will look out. He runs an honest, nose to the grindstone business here. Ubreakifix will try to convince you to fix every little thing or say they have to do everything for 1 fix. Nah. Go here, I promise it's better. If yins need a scooter too he's got some sick ones there.
