Contacted the store by email. Prompt reply. Visited with my iPhone 6s which hadn't been charging properly for some time, even though I had cleaned the charge port myself. The friendly and helpful chap at the counter picked out some debris from the port and it's been working perfectly ever since. I was amazed by the ease and also no charge, so much so that I left in a daze, without even offering the cost of a pint, which I intend to address on my next visit to Worcester.

Very good service and competitive prices. They managed to repair my phone screen which is a rare phone (xiaomi9). All done inline with covid procedures. Thanks and has saved me having to invest hundreds into a new phone..and more importantly i got back my precious photos and messages etc.in time for chinese new year haha . Highly reccommended

The shop has improved greatly in the last few months based on past experience so much so I felt I should write a review as I was so impressed.
I took my iPhone in to have the screen replaced after I dropped it. I was told it would be done within an hour and I decided to have a white back added to change the colour. I was very happy with the end result and the discounted price as I had it done together.
I will now always use Mobile Solutions and recommend it to others.

Charged me £11.99 on my credit card to unlock my iPhone, and then demanded another £33 to complete the process. There is a button, on the window demanding this extra payment which says, when pressed, it will explain the reason. It does not !!
