I had originally called the uBreakiFix on Central Park Avenue. Five days later they still didn't have the part to fix my phone. Conversely, I called Mobile Rescue Tech Repair -- the person on the phone was very polite and said they had the part in stock. I went over there, he fixed it in about thirty minutes. The uBreakiFix still hasn't called me back. Great customer service, quality repair, reasonable price.
Akram was phenomenal. Stayed open late to fix the screen that broke on my iPad. Couldn't be happier with the service. Good to have a local place that will repair so we can avoid the e-waste. Thanks again, Akram!
I came in with an iPhone that kept restarting every 3 mins. Apple wanted to replace the whole motherboard and phone and charge me $349. They wouldn’t just replace the broken part which was the charging port flex. I took it in with these guys at mobile rescue and after some diagnosing they came to the same conclusion. Chay did the replacement and he did it very quickly under 1 hour. If Managment is reading this, Chay deserves a raise! He was very knowledgeable, kind and respectful.
