My Ford Explorer was repaired in a public parking area. The mechanic was competent and the service satisfactory.

We were left stranded on the side of the road and had to have the vehicle towed. He instructed us to contact him once the car reached a specific location, which we did—multiple times—but received no response. Despite being in a difficult situation and ready to pay, he never showed up. This level of unreliability is unacceptable, especially when someone is in need of assistance. I’m sharing this to prevent anyone else from going through what we experienced while simply trying to get home

My car's A/C decided to call it quits in the scorching heat. The guy had scheduled a same-day appointment, fixed the issue on-site, and now I'm cruising cool again. Fast and convenient service!

The mobile mechanic serviced my vintage car with great care and expertise. I appreciated the attention to detail and the tips on further maintenance. Top-notch service.
