Customer service was top notch and price was very reasonable considering the labor and especially when compared to others in the area!!! My phone (aka my life) was inoperable due to a damaged screen that prevented me from using it completely. I found the location online, I was greeted as soon as I entered the store, quoted a fair price, and not only did he take time to answer my questions but the repair was completed in very decent time! I'm really late on doing my personal review on this phone repair service I have had my phone screen repaired for about a month and two weeks and I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome of my repairs. My screen was blacked out due to it falling on rocks and the back was severely cracked as well. I only wanted him to repair the screen and juat be careful to not mess up the back anymore than it was already messed up. I just needed the front screen so I could use my phone again. Guy was extremely rude. Left my phone with him to give me a quote and to tell me what was wrong. Returned later, he had not yet looked at it. Returned prior to his closing. Fixed my phone but never had called me to tell about the problem nor the cost. When talking to him, he argued with me about the process and the price. Did a lot of weird facial expressions and eye rolling attempting to mock me. I had a horrible experience. My phone is not fully functional either. The guy was acted like a nut. And there is no accessible entrance.
