The location has moved. A passing neighbor told me they're in Palm springs now? I called the number and a man explained they do mobile pickup and on-site repair now. Scheduled a pickup, he seemed to know what he was talking about. I'll update this after we complete the transaction.

I had a lovely experience here, made an appointment online very easily. Showed up and rang the bell. Eric was very professional, walked me through everything he was doing with my computer. We together diagnosed a bad charging block, half the price of a new battery which is what I thought I needed. I don’t live locally but was so happy to be able to find someone online in a pinch that was very helpful at a reasonable price.

Eric was absolutely terrific. Extremely knowledgeable, very professional, and super nice. Highly recommend!

I'm an out-of-towner whose iPhone battery has been a nightmare. At my appointment, Eric advised a simpler solution that was 25% of the original (reasonable) estimate, and he said I could call on Monday if I want the original ask, discounted by today's expense, so how can you beat that? Moreover, I admire Eric's physical setup, his customer service skills, the way he works, and how he explained to me what he was doing and why. This was a genuine five star experience, thank you, Eric!

I needed a screen replacement for my iPhone Eric was nice and quick. And did it for a great price. Unfortunately, the screen had a strange green cast to it. Since I work with a lot of video and photography for my wedding business I knew I could not have this. I called the next day and he replaced it for free and was super nice about it and offered a discount for my troubles. The new screen works great and they even gave me a glass screen protector.
