Mister Car Wash

There’s a young man working this morning. It’s 832 on Sunday, 14 September. He is so thorough. I’ve never seen anybody do the car like he’s doing it right now. He is taking his time and being thorough and I love that, that’s awesome. Another employee at this particular store is Michael Super nice young man I’ve known him for quite a while from the other car wash across town by Panera! Customer Service is Great! Workers and General manager were all very helpful when I had a tire incident on Friday. Somehow while going through the car wash my tire got punctured. Josh the general manager said that Mister would pay for a new tire. When I took my tire to Walmart and they determined it could not be repaired, Josh went to Walmart and paid for the new tire! The matter was handled within 24 hrs! That is taking care of your customers! Thank you Josh, Xavier, and Mikey for all of your help!

Worst $ 20 I ever spent! Purchased the 15 dollar package wash, wax, and tire shine with undercarriage. Tipped them $5 to spray my fender wells. Not a happy experience. I will be selling my stock in the business come 8:30 Monday when the bell rings! This kinda of service is like stealing from the people who pay for a decent car wash. Don’t waste your money or your time.
