Mission Mechanical should add 'MIRACLE' to their name! My furnace went out two days before a bad winter storm hit Indianapolis. I was referred to Mission, and the owner made sure to get me on the schedule for a new install right away (I wish I remembered his name). Chris and his team worked diligently to get my new furnace and AC unit installed just in the nick of time. I have a three year old son, so I appreciated being able to pick him up from daycare and bring him back to a warm home. Chris came out a week later for a quality inspection and everything looked good. Diana in accounting was also a pleasure to work with! She was easy to commun... The response time, warranty processing and finish of our water heater replacement was seamless. This is a very good company to talk to and work with!
Lukas was excellent! Help my family and me get our new thermostat wired properly and got our furnace back up and running, all over the phone. He was extremely knowledgeable, very kind, very patient. Mission mechanical and Lukas definitely are worth their salt!
After a torturous three week wait to get my gas repairs finished, the guys at Mission Mechanical came in a flash and were our literal heroes. Cory and team were incredibly personable and sympathetic, and put in extra time and effort for us to ensure we were set up for success after replacing our main line. I cannot praise these individuals enough, and hope you all continue the great work.
