Extremely rude on the phone, would not advised me “NO one can add a panel to the dress in this time frame” and yet the very next shop I called could and it was done in 2 days!! Very unprofessional and rude on the phone.
Just picked a bag of alterations from Miss Beth. I dropped them off she gave the exaxt time and hour tbey would be ready.
Had a pair of coveralls that needed taking up in the legs a bit. The work is absolutely great, very professional, and looks fantastic. Highly recommend and will be bringing anything I need hemmed to Miss Beth.
Unfortunately I was unable to go with my daughter for her fitting. We only needed a prom dress hemmed. Beth convinced my daughter she didn't need the tape which was a horrible suggestion but I wasn't there and my daughter agreed to it. When my daughter went to pick up the dress she had it waded up and not in a bag even though we offered to leave it in a bag. The hem was too short but she refused to let my daughter try it on in the shop stating there was a customer and pandemic rules wouldn't allow it although she was fitted in the shop. She didn't even bother to hem all layers of the dress. She only hemmed the top layer and the other layers... Unfortunately I was unable to go with my daughter for her fitting. It's still not as long as it should be but with shorter shoes it's passable. Would NEVER use this business again and would NEVER recommend.
