I had a water heater fail. While was away tending to my wife. I selected Mint Restoration to mitigate the mold issue and to restore my home back to usable condition. They did an excellent job. I was called away due to my wife’s health issue but they continued to work and coordinated with my realtor.
I had a second leak under the house, they checked it, my agent coordinated with a plumber and Mint Restoration dried the place out in a timely fashion.

Our home burned to the ground in 2021 during the pandemic and while supply chains and construction were disrupted along with crazy material pricing. We had 1 year to get our home rebuilt on site and Mint was the only contractor we felt comfortable to award the project in hopes of meeting budget and deadline. The project manager worked closely with us and our Insurance company to solve many problems throughout the project as they arose and got the job done, on budget and in a year to the day. In Sept 2025 we came home from an overnight trip and found two inches of water in our master bedroom and walk-in closet. The culprit? A rusted out water heater located in a cabinet in the walk-on closet. Mint Restoration was immediately responsive. They removed the water and set up heat and ventilation systems to remove moisture from soaked flooring, carpet and sheetrock to minimize damage and prevent mold. Once insurance approved Mint’s estimate for repairs, they brought in a crew, and within six days they had replaced the subflooring, insulation, Sheetrock and more.
