Life. Changing. A/C (and supplemental heat) in our 118-yr-old house with radiators. Fantastic experience with Joseph and the team. Joseph did an extensive consultation with me on very short notice to diagnose an issue with my current heat pump, and made a plan to replace it. Extremely extensive, borderline obsessive level of knowledge of these units and their installation as well as the various rebates available. Technician Mendel came to the house the same day and installed a brand new Fujitsu unit within 4 hours and was extremely proficient, friendly, and professional. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

Joseph and his team are so wonderful! The workmanship is high quality. I had 5 mini splits installed in a split level home. The quote process was seamless and personable. The install took all day and they communicated openly about status. Most of all, they cleaned up after themselves and left my home as if they were never here. Everyone was very polite and friendly. The Fujitsu units they installed are so quiet and efficient! I highly recommend working with Joseph and his team. 10/10
