Here at the Rutherford Swim Association, we are so grateful for New Jersey Door Works. In July they had installed our retractable doors on a very tight time crunch. Most recently the same crew that was led by Joe, his crew Raul and the boys went above and beyond on our linear drain project. The drains turned out perfect. For the first time in the pool's 42 years of existence the pool deck finally drains properly. Terrible experience. The technician came to look at a jamming gate at my house. He clicked the opener button a few times, looked at the panel, then said he didn't know anything about it, he'd never heard of the gate brand, and couldn't help. I asked if the company could replace it with a brand that's more familiar to them; he said he didn't know that either. I thanked him and he left. A few weeks later I got an invoice for $485! For what!? I called to complain about it, and they said they'd send someone else at no additional cost. No one ever came, and I never heard back again until three months later they started sending letters threatening... Read full review

My home's garage door could not open to the top. Technician came and fixed it in one hour. Now it can open to the top, and it's much less noisy than before. Great experience.

If you want to pay and get nothing in return, this is the company to contact. They have serious internal communication issues, both within their own team and with their subcontractors. I’ve been trying to get our doors fixed for two months, with constant rescheduling and multiple site visits that resulted in no actual repairs. Before hiring them, 1 out of 8 doors was not working. After paying them, 2 out of 8 doors are now not working. Thanks, Miner, for wasting my time, my money, and leaving us with more broken doors than we started with.
