Nick and Rico were great to deal with! We have had a leak in a third floor hotel room for a while and have been unable to find the source of the leak. Their team came, found the source and repaired it within a leak. We have had a number of heavy rainfalls since then and no issues! They cleaned up after themselves well, provided an honest quote that did not change from the time of quoting to invoicing and all interactions were great. I highly recommend. I had Modern Exteriors come out to do work at one of our hotels and since they did such a great job I hired them at my personal residence to repair a roof leak and a hole in siding on the second floor. Once again they offered a reasonable quote and were out within a week to do the work. No leaks since and you cannot even tell where the hole in the siding was. I forgot to leave paint to go on the siding and they took a picture, color matched it and went to the hardware store to just grab the paint instead of leaving it. Great service! Clint Wills
