This store has the worst customer service and the worst treatment and behavior towards customers. Never go to this store! I wish, I had read the reviews and comments of other customers before going to this store so that I didn’t experience all this.
I took my iPhone 15 pro max to this store to get it repaired. I told them what was wrong with it. I emphasized that I already took it to an Apple Store and they said they don’t repair the exact part which was broken but they can replace the whole motherboard and if they do so, I will lose my data, that’s why I didn’t fix it there. The guy in this store said they can fix the part which was broken and my data will not be erased, because they have been fixing phones for 24 years. Though, I told him everything about what was wrong with my phone, he charged me $37.83 and said that’s for troubleshooting. I said it is good, I will pay that if you do what you said. The next day when I went there he told me if I am fixing the phone only for my data, he will not do it.
I repeat again that I clearly told this guy that I know what is wrong with my phone and I explained it to him because I had already taken the phone to the Apple Store and they diagnosed it. If I was going to fix my phone taking the risk of losing my data, why I didn’t let the Apple technicians do it for free because I have AppleCare+ and they said they will replace the whole motherboard for free but If they do that, my data might be erased. I mentioned these to him and he said he will fix it because they have been fixing phones for 24 years. The next day when he said he doesn’t want to fix it, because he was behaving very bad, I decided not to argue with him in order to avoid making things worse.
If you don’t refund me, I am already trying to figure out how to complain against you officially. My experience and other peoples’ comments and reviews indicate that you are definitely a fraudster.

Bought a phone from this store seven days ago paid 500$ the volume would not work and the silence would not work and the and the phone already had a crack had to pay another 150 on top so 650 total now. I have had many i phones dropped them kids put then in water and they still work till this day with just minor scratches. At this point I should have just bought a new phone. Kinda sad tried to support a small business but got taken advantage of for sure! Would not recommend!!!!

Seemed like good service at first, lower price than competitive stores. My Iphone is in worse condition now than before I had them fix it.
My IPhone was badly damaged with a cracked screen and damaged motherboard and I was assured it could be fixed for half the cost of other repair stores. It took two and a half weeks when other stores said three to four days. I paid extra for a genuine apple screen replacement and motherboard too, they still used aftermarket parts and now my iPhone is bricked and can no longer get service from any supplier.

I got called and told my phone was fixed and was ready to get picked up, only to get there and be told I had to pay extra for my phone to get shipped back to their store. Why did my phone get shipped anywhere? Why was it not fixed in store? Why wasn't I told it was getting shipped somewhere? I gave them my password to unlock my phone and they couldn't unlock it, saying the password was wrong. Got my phone back and immediately used the password I gave to unlock the phone and oh wow the password I gave them unlocked the phone.
I now have a phone that is bricked because they used knock-off parts, the phone gets extremely hot after twenty minutes of use, the battery only lasts for thirty minutes instead of twenty four hours, needs six hours to recharge instead of half an hour and constantly glitches with white screens.
Do Not have your phone repaired here. Pay the extra amount elsewhere or buy a new phone.
These people use cheap knock-offs parts, and have horrible customer service.

I went in to sell some Apple devices iPhone 15s and computers and The man that attempted to help me has no people skills at all. He was very rude and uncordial. I would never go back in that store nor would I recommend it to anyone! Furthermore, the man continuously asked me how much I'd sell them for.... my response to him was, "No thank you I have no wish to do business with someone so rude" he had the nerve to continue asking me how much $ would I take? I responded no amount of money would be enough for me to sell them to him!!!!!!
