He showed up at exactly 8:00 am, as he said he would. I initially contracted him to clean the carpets, but then also inquired about tiles. Before offering to clean the tiles, he was kind enough to give me a demo, and I was impressed.

It's a miracle! Not only did James get the paint stains and teenage dirt off of my daughter's bedroom carpet, but he removed years worth of stains and spots from our master bedroom, including a very dirty entry point. Can’t tell you how impressed we are with James and his crew. Our walkways and hardscape appeared to be permanently stained. I was certain it would not come out well but I was wrong. Concrete and all surfaces look like brand new now. Definitely will use them again.

We have used James for many years. He is outstanding. He is professional, cost-effective and does the best work we have ever had done. Tough stains, hardwood and carpets are no problem for him. We have him do routine cleanings a couple of times a year and he keeps the whole house looking good-as-new. Any stains or spills and we call him right away.
