We recently had Mill City complete a large project of two sets of front steps, sidewalks, pavers, brickwork, and partial driveway replacement. What we had in place had deteriorated beyond repair.
Tim, the owner, has a good eye for design, enjoys planning and problem-solving, and was very collaborative in working with us to come up with a plan that reflected the original elements. He is low-key and fun to work with. There were a lot of moving parts to our project and everything was well-coordinated with a good flow.
Tim and his crew showed up early every morning for three weeks. We hired Mill City Concrete for a large backyard project that included new steps, redoing/expanding our existing patio, and replacing the walkway to garage. Their price was very competitive with other estimates that we received. Tim and his crew did an outstanding job!! He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to work with. The crew worked efficiently and left no mess throughout the project or at the end. We have gotten so many compliments on the finished work!! The communication from Tim and Kris throughout the project was excellent!
