We had a water issue with our refrigerator line and Mike came within 15 min! He fixed it within 15 minutes and did it all with efficiency and cleaned up after. He was a life saver!

Mike was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communicative, responsive, patient, and thorough. Did a Lead Service Line Replacement and Upgrade and he allowed me to be as involved as I wanted to be as we navigated working with the various city departments to get that done. Was respectful of my property and when hauling away materials offered to set some aside for me, and did so very neatly stacked and organized in a way that was a great help to future projects while keeping things looking tidy. Already looking towards the next project we will be tackling to make use of his services again. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.

Mike came out on Saturday after I had an emergency sewage backup. He came out within an hour and worked all day to make the repairs. He is honest, patient, and a great plumber!

Mike’s done a fair amount of work for us now, and he comes out as soon as he can when we have a problem. He proposes work conservatively and offers options to go further but doesn’t push them. Among what he’s done for us- he spent an Easter weekend excavating our front lawn for an emergency service line replacement, setup a new forced-exhaust water heater for us, and replaced an old drum trap with a P-trap along with a rusting-out drainpipe. We’re happy with all the work he’s done.

They charged me $1,150 for draining the water and rodding the septic tank, which took them only one hour. After two months, I encountered the same issue and called a different company, which performed the same work—if not better—for only $400. I'm surprised at how some companies take advantage of their customers. I wouldn't recommend them.
