Honest employees, good price. They were able to repair tires that Discount Tire could not, and they have way better service and price than the Honda/Ford dealerships in town. I will be taking my cars here for a long time!
I will never go anywhere else again in my life. The staff was the best staff I have ever encountered in my life. Mechanic was knowledgeable, fast and the price was perfect. Before you go anywhere, I would go here first. My problem was diagnosed within five minutes and fixed within the hour.
Nothing could have improved our experience. After Deery said we couldn't get in for 6 weeks, Mike had our Jeep in and fixed in less than 24 hours. Very professional staff, great customer service and a knowledgeable about the issue. I would highly recommend. Hopefully next time won't be a crisis situation, and simply routine maintenance. I cannot recommend Mike’s Auto enough! I brought my car here a few years ago for a second opinion on what I was told was an engine issue by another place. Rob assured me nothing was wrong, just a valve that gets stuck at the beginning of spring. He didn’t charge me for even looking at my car. I was floored. I’ve brought my car here ever since.
