Contacted MC plumbing for leak detection. somebody came out next day. ( i didn't call until mid afternoon). Great communication between MC regarding eta. Actually was able to come earlier. Juan was the technician. He explained costs and systems they used for leaks. We went over paperwork for authorization. My brother happened to mention an issue with his toilet. Juan ran a couple tests and went to take a look and sure enough that was it! So glad I paid attention to those green 💚 trucks. I highly recommend UPDATE... I want to give a shout out to Patrick Miller. He guided us through the process of additional necessary repairs with care and compassion. This guy knows plumbing and his job. We never felt pressured. He offered us options to help the decision making. Also thanks to Nestor and his crew. Such attention to detail ( every step of the way).

Patrick was great. He listened to my concerns and explained his findings, as well as all possible solutions.

Bobby came out and quickly diagnosed our water pressure problem, and began flushing the pipes. He said we needed a new hot water heater, and although it was a Friday afternoon, he called Nestor who came over within an hour and replaced our water heater and finished flushing all our lines of calcium sediment. We've used Counsil Plumbing for decades and always had great experiences.

Mike Counsil plumbing issue always a positive experience. They are easy to deal with and the service is top notch. Sergio was our most recent technician and he was great. Richie was the initial responder and he also was great. They admittedly are not the least expensive but they are the most responsive and I can always count on a high quality repair by Professional team.
