I generally feel like I’m getting bent over when I take my car for service. These people do good work and I can’t imagine they would take advantage of anyone. Nancy is the one you’ll deal with. She so efficient, professional, honest and nice. Can’t say enough about this place
Everything was great..Nancy who runs the front office is fabulous at communication and NEVER tries to pad the bill. The service was fast and accurate. They did a through assesment of needs and preformed them well. Precious little doggies to greet all.
My wife's Audi Q7 threw a engine light and started making a grumble on acceleration. Audi dealer couldn't see us for a week and another local repair shop that won't touch Audis recommended Mike Byers. Called and receptionist was encouraging and asked us to swing by, they'd check the code, and let us know if they could do the work. My wife stopped by today and Mike did a quick diagnosis on the code, called and spoke with me found out I had changed the plugs 2 weeks ago and then figured out one of the electeonic injection connectors was not totally seated. I cannot say enough good things about the professional and quality service we recently received at Mike Byer Auto Repair. I highly recommend them! My daughter just moved to Asheville from NJ and the clock spring in her SUV broke (controls airbags, horn, impacts steering, etc.). Nancy and Doug were amazing - so kind and helpful to my daughter in person and me on the phone. Such good people! Because it’s an older car, the part was nearly impossible to find. But they worked with us until we found one - in NJ! Once they had they had the clock spring, it was replaced quickly and they charged a very affordable price. My daughter’s vehicle is back... I cannot say enough good things about the professional and quality service we recently received at Mike Byer Auto Repair. I highly recommend them!
