Had all my vents cleaned and Furnace cleaned. They did an amazing job. The two guys who came out were very kind and friendly. Great work and now I’m not waking up feeling like I have allergies. Thank you
We just recently bought a house and have a newborn, We called Mighty Ducts to come in and clean our furnace and ducts as well as our dryer. We could tell the difference within the first hour of being home! Highly recommend!
The Mighty Ducts were a pleasure to work with. I got an appointment right away, they came out earlier because of a cancellation, took out a wad of lint from my duct, took pictures to show where the blockage was and showed pressure readings to me. The technician was very pleasant and I enjoyed visiting with him while he worked.
Guys basically did what was required although on our dryer duct the vent cap at the end of the run is located under our deck and is admittedly not an easy place to get to. It is, however, the area I was most concerned about of all the ducts in the house. The workers said that they were a little too large to crawl under the deck to access the vent and clean the duct from the outside, so they basically pulled the lint that had collected in the duct and vent from the dryer. I felt this their response was inadequate and after they’d left I crawled under the deck to access the vent. It was still completely lined with lint. I don’t have a lint... Obviously, I was unable to be thorough and am displeased that I paid nearly $700 and didn’t get the major concern I had to begin with dealt with. **Followup review: So as you can see from the response from the company, they pledged to make my issue right. Boy did they. Friendly, dedicated, and fearless. Had a difficult job done in 1/2 hour, and it was done incredibly well. I changed my review from 3 to 5 stars, and they earned every one! Thanks, guys.
The Two techs were very knowledgeable and very thorough. Explained the complete process and answered all my questions. They were very friendly and respectable of my property. Will definitely use them again.
