Mighty Dog Roofing of MetroWest Boston

Had a terrible experience, it’s pouring rain and I have huge drops coming over the sides - I think this is a front company - they don’t do the work they just sub it out. I wouldn’t recommend these guys.

Classic bait and switch. Web says"we do roof repairs" as well as customer service. Tech up front when he called to schedule evaluation saying we only do full roof replacements when roof more than 15 yrs old. I didn't schedule an appointment.

I want to start this by saying I hate to leave a bad review for any reason but this is a buyer beware. Everything went wrong from beginning to end. The owner seems like a nice guy and tried to make things right, even gave us a slight discount. Honestly, I would’ve preferred to pay full price and have everything done as promised. We were told, ‘this was considered an easy job but we definitely dropped the ball and will learn from what went wrong’. Ugh!
