Midwest did a great job on the roof and Drew was very easy to work with. Claudio and his crew were very professional and did excellent work around the chimney. I was really impressed with their attention to detail on the roof which is why I was so disappointed when it came to the gutters. The roofing and gutter crews don't work together. The gutter crew mangled a brand new drip edge and used sheet metal screws instead of rivets in permanent junctions. They cut corners short, then put screws sticking up in the middle of the gutter and covered everything with a mound of caulk. I was also surprised that management was ok with leaving their work...Midwest did a great job on the roof and Drew was very easy to work with. What really set this company apart, though, was Drew’s dedication. Our insurance company was initially resistant and tried to lowball the claim, denying full replacement coverage. Drew stepped up and fought hard on our behalf—communicating directly with the adjuster, providing detailed documentation, photos, and measurements, and pushing until they finally approved the full replacement we needed. Without his persistence and expertise navigating the insurance process, we might have been stuck with a partial or inadequate fix. He kept us updated every step of the way and made what could have been a nightmare into a smooth resolution.
Jackson, our on-site supervisor, was equally impressive. He ran a tight ship, ensured the highest quality work, answered every question we had, and made sure the job was done right down to the smallest detail. The whole team clearly takes pride in their work, and it shows.
