Midwest Music is AWESOME!!! I brought my son's clarinet in on Wednesday for a broken key and it was already done Thursday! They where friendly, and knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service!! I will be bringing my son's instrument back for cleaning and anything else we need 🙂
Mike was super helpful. Took great care of my clarinet and repaired it well. He responded to my concerns and worked with me after the initial service to make adjustments. Very friendly!
I stopped in today to get a guitar string replaced and Bill helped me out. He was very professional, courteous, and very fast. I totally recommend coming here. Their honest and steadfast service will make me a customer for life. Thank you Bill for such a great job.
