Matt came into our home vacuumed and shampooed a couple rooms today. Spoke to my husband about the new Kirby. He was very knowledgeable about any questions we had.We own an older model, so we are Kirby customers, have been for many years. Hadn't shampooed our carpets for sometime, so thank you for your time on that.
Chauncey Giles came over to our house today to show us the Kirby. It was not only the first time seeing this Kirby and how great it worked compared to our other vacuums but, Chauncey was very helpful and respectful. Walking us through how to work the Kirby and all of its features. Greatly appreciated the time he put in showing us all everything today.
Evan showed me that even though my Rainbow may be a great system it doesn't hold water to my new Kirby that got the dust mites grandchildren out of my carpet all while mopping my lanolium!
