I'm definitely going to look for alternatives. I should not be charged an extra 3% to use my credit card. That is YOUR cost of doing business. It is an operational expense. Consumers should be able to use their payment option of choice and pay the same price.
Derek (manager) and the entire team are transparent, accommodating, and genuinely focused on taking care of people rather than upselling. They explained everything clearly, avoided unnecessary charges, and treated us with real respect. They found a nail and patched my tire in 23 minutes (free), showed me exactly where the nail was, offered shuttle service, and even vacuumed the car. In contrast to other shops where we waited hours, Midtown was efficient, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. Rare to find a shop this honest and customer-focused. Highly recommend. Talk about great customer service! We brought in our car that had a tire with a slow leak. This was the 2nd attempt to fix it, as the other tire repair center was unable to find it. Not only did Derek and his team find it asap, they also ensured that we didn't have to wait at the tire center. They provided a shuttle for us to enjoy our time while we waited! It is truly hard to find good customer service these days, Derek and his team went above and beyond and just landed a a life long customer. We will be back!
The team at Midtown Tire was very professional. Provided me with 3 tire quotes to review and price check with other tire professionals. Midtown ordered tires in a day, and 1.5 hr new tires installed. Appreciate the service and not always trying to upsale. Provide what you need at a reasonable price.
We’ve been coming here for over a decade for a reason. They’re honest, super helpful, and knowledgeable. I dropped my car off this morning because the brake sensor was going off. They checked it and let me know that the brakes/rotors were fine, that it could be the sensor. S. Daigle was professional and friendly without pressure to do a full assessment since the car got out of the body shop and it’s likely something they did. He worked at the Ritz Carlton and understands customer service. Grateful they are close by for drop off’s and repairs. TY for taking care of our tires and other repairs!
