We've been with MTS for over two years and have been extremely satisfied with the professional service they provide. They always communicate with us in a way that we can understand. In addition, they are extremely patient with questions, needs or concerns we may have. They communicate with us from start to finish on projects no matter how big or small the project is. Whenever we have a service call they always make sure we know what has been completed and no other issues are unresolved before they leave.

We reached out to Midshore Technology Services after finding them on an internet search. What a lucky day it was for us. Justin at Midshore Technology Services has been wonderful in supporting our nonprofit with all of our IT needs. He is conscious and careful with costs, offers useful cost saving solutions while still helping to ensure that we are operating with up to date technology. Service requests are always answered in a timely fashion and the technicians are patient with staff (like me) who are not always super tech savvy. I would absolutely recommend Midshore Technology Services.
