I highly recommend Mid Michigan Garage Door! When I called to inquire about them replacing my garage door opener, they were very friendly and helpful. An appointment for the service was scheduled promptly and they arrived when they said they would for the work.
While they were here, they were very professional, friendly, and explained everything I needed to know about the work they did and the new opener. Their work and the product they installed was top notch! In less than an hour they were finished, cleaned up and on their way.
It was a great experience start to finish and I can't recommend the crew at Mid Michigan Garage Door enou...I highly recommend Mid Michigan Garage Door! I have a new garage door today and I couldn't be happier with how it all came about. I started by sending MGD my specifications for a new door on a Friday. Katy came the next Tuesday exactly when she said she would. She took measurements and talked to me about my door requirements and explained that delays in receiving doors from the manufacturer are running about 4 to 5 weeks. I received a quote later that afternoon. I had some questions to which Katy promptly responded. I accepted the quote the next day. About 5 weeks later she called to schedule installation on a Thursday. The installers Tony & Greg (great guys!) showed up on time and had...I have a new garage door today and I couldn't be happier with how it all came about. Had a spring break on our garage door. Called Mid Michigan just based off of the reviews on Google, and they did not disappoint. They were quick to respond, worked well with my schedule, and were very professional. The person who took my phone call (I believe was Katy?), and the service tech Tony were both very friendly and personable. Tony was awesome. Very down to earth, and you could tell that customer service and satisfaction were very important to him. Would definitely recommend to anybody. Fast and friendly service that is harder to come by these days.
