They said we would get an estimate in 3 to 5 days. Checked day 5 and they hadn't even looked at it or tell me when they might get to it. Others want their vacuums looked at too. We'll call you with an estimate when the can look at it
I had a minor, but frustrating problem with my new Eureka stick vacuum. Found this business on the internet and I consider it so lucky I did. I couldn't ask for a better experience and from now on I buy from this company...forget Amazon!
I switched our business from large/ national company to Mid America in ‘25 and are VERY happy we did . They carry everything we need - take time to explain @ demo which is important in cleaning / janitorial business. Repair call out service is a scam . Ordered service at home for central vacuum cleaner. 2 repair guys showed up, they went downstairs and without doing anything they proclaimed that the motor is done. Then they tried to sell me a new vac for $1000. I refused then they said that they will charge me a service for doing nothing. $235 for less that 2 minutes of looking. Do not recommend it’s a total scam.
