Juan Perez is the most genuine person who extends himself in the most generous present possible way. He clearly loves what he does and he solves computer problems. He has answers and finds solutions that are not always immediately accessible. No nonsense And complete relief.
I have used MicroSolutions for over 7 years. Juan is very professional and works with his clients. He explains/recommends what he will do to solve your problems. He is great when you need a new computer to give you information plus transferring information from your old to new. He also works with companies which is how I came to know him and Teresa. I recommend him for all your computer needs. I can call office, leave a message and he will get back to me as soon as he can. But I do get a return call. I have always been happy with the service I have received.
Juan knows what he is doing and does an amazing job. He had me test my system in his shop for an hour too make sure the problem was resolved. Highly recommend his business
