Great experience working with Old Mill! We had a large attic that they transformed into our new 3rd floor to give us more living and working space (added a large living room, office and bathroom). Steve was easy to work with and kept a tight schedule. There was hardly a day that went by during construction when we didn’t have someone here working on our addition. Alan led much of the wood working and his attention to detail was phenomenal. He matched the door trim and baseboard from the original structure in our 100 year old home to keep with the style, and the exposed ceiling beams he custom created are breathtaking.
