It was replaced and it still did not work.total so far about $600, after calling many times the kid came back with a more senior tech who said something else had to be replace and it was going to cost me $1k more. Total scam, I got robbed. I had never approved the replacement of the motherboard if I had known that was not going to fix the problem. Shameless.
