Don’t go here. I figured something was off when he handed me back my phone wrapped in rubber bands & it smells like nail acrylic/nail glue (smell lasted for 4days). I put the phone in a case. It fell 1 foot in my truck (semi/ w soft floors).The WHOLE back was cracked when I took the case off….The quality of the material is absolutely deplorable. It’s been just a week since I had service from them.
This place is by far the worst repair store i have ever been to! I went in to get my screen replaced on my iphone and They put very cheap defective screens on my phone. I had to go back to them 2 different times in the first week because the screen kept malfunctioning and glitching and then i had to go back a 3rd time 6 weeks later because they put a used screen on my phone and it black out on me. They refused to help me because it was passed the 30 day warranty period. The owner has an attitude problem and doesn’t like being held accountable for anything.
I've already had to come here THREE TIMES since my original visit to get my screen repaired. first time after I had my screen repair here, I noticed the camera wasn't functioning correctly.I brought it back for them to fix it.And now I wake up this morning, and my screen is unresponsive and clicking whatever it wants no cracks no damage just a cheap screen replacement ! I came here because of the reviews and the competitive pricing. But now I see that the pricing is a reflection of the quality! its not worth it save yourself the headache and pay an extra 20$ elsewhere.
This place is completely unprofessional. For the past seven months I’ve been trying to get a simple issue resolved and every time I call or stop by, they give me the same excuse: “Check back next month.” They keep promising they’ll call me with updates, but they never call back—not once. It’s honestly pathetic how little they care about communication or customer service. If you value your time, money, or sanity, go literally anywhere else. I regret ever trusting them with my phone
