This company failed to honor a scheduled in-person tub renovation consultation. The first time I understood because there was an upcoming snowstorm. However, they didn’t call me to reschedule, I called them to confirm. I didn’t receive a response and called them several times. We agreed to meet the following week after the snow storm. They asked to provide pictures of the bathroom and availability. I told them. I didn’t hear from them for three 3 1/2 weeks until today. Stating “they are finally finished their other projects and can now look at my mom’s bathroom”. There was no prior discussion of a wait time for scheduling consultations after... They asked to provide pictures of the bathroom and availability. I told them. I didn’t hear from them for three 3 1/2 weeks until today. Stating “they are finally finished their other projects and can now look at my mom’s bathroom”. There was no prior discussion of a wait time for scheduling consultations after projects. It was repeated apologies followed by more poor and inconsistent communication. I found a contractor who wasn’t having those challenges.
