Choosing Metro Fence as the company to install our new fence turned out to be a terrible choice. We had Metro install our fence in the Summer of 2021. After payment was made, things went south with poor communication and customer service. Beginning within the first couple weeks of install, we began noticing scratches on top flat surfaces being caused by squirrels. We expect the installers had food residue on their hands while handling the fence or perhaps the packing material the fence was shipped in left behind something that attracted the squirrels. Paid $8000 for a 257' treated yellow pine fence and a 10' gate that doesn't open. Four months and 5 or 6 additional visits later I gave up, and have recently finished paying someone else to tear down that new gate and replace it with a functional gate. Will not be doing business here again.

Came to take measurements for estimate, never sent estimate (waited 2 weeks) and no one answers their office phone so guess I won’t be using them

My friend went there ordered product , they ordered it in wrong size. It was returned and they charged him a fee to return. Waiting two plus weeks for a refund from them ….. RUN RUN RUN they are slimy !
