Great service from beginning to end, crystal clear explanation of the different types of repair services, no hidden fees and the cost is insanely low compared to crooks in the area. He also completed the phone screen repair in under 20 minutes. I encourage everyone to go there for repairs and I’m now a customer for life.Although I’d be happier if I didn’t need their services for a while lol, I’m glad to know there is an honest business so close.
The gentleman was super chill and kind. But he didnt reach my expectations and didn’t really Help me out. I lost $200. I wanted to go in to get My shattered screen and he replaced it for the first time. then it shattered again. I only dropped it to knee level. I paid another hundred in the same day again there was a black bubble on the bottom of my screen and I took told him to take a look at it. He said that it was a physical problem so he couldn’t do anything about it. I told him I didn’t even drop it and he wouldn’t explain. I told him can you at least check out what’s going on with my phone because it’s not lining up with the screen it’s... The gentleman was super chill and kind. I saw another review having the Same problem.
