Had a problem with an unapproved charge to my credit card for an unwanted antivirus program from another company. I called Meridian Computer because they were the company that installed Webroot antivirus on my computer and asked them to check my computer for the unwanted antivirus from another company. Russ at Meridian Computer was very helpful checking my computer system remotely and confirmed no unwanted antivirus had been installed. Great IT service - definitely 5 star!
