Had a great experience working with MNCS to fix and issue with my new Samsung microwave. It was covered under warranty and they took care of everything with Samsung. Their tech Dillon was on-time, very polite, and patient when walking me through the issue and how he was going to resolve it.
As others have said, this company is terrible. I found their practice to be deceptive. They ride the wins (repairs), and those who do not get repaired are ignored. Their technician flat out lied to me in my home about coming back. Instead, he closed the ticket, and they never called me. I called two weeks later to find this out, they refused to repair the issue or refund me the $200.00 fee. I do not mind paying the fee, but being lied to is where I draw the line. I would recommend another business and avoid giving Richard any of your time. Poor leadership, refusing to own and admit their communication failures, and policies are what you will... I had Chamberlain out to fix my Samsung TV. He was professional, prompt and very knowledgeable. I am impressed and thankful that he was able to fix my tv the same day. Great service and would highly recommend. Please give him a raise and praise. This is how all repair technicians should be.
