Dustin was amazing!! He was extremely polite. Very informative and did everything possible to help us in a timely, cost efficient manner. After the original tech left, noticed the heater stopped working again called back and they sent someone back out at 5pm on a Friday. He had it back up and running within a few mins. Just needed one more wire changed. Pleased with the same day service!
